**This insight came about after conducting a public survey focused on health, nutrition, and food shopping in which the results were pretty clear: 80% of the participants wished they had more food product knowledge and the same percentage felt that they trusted some brands over others. When asked to rate the importance of nutrition in their lives, the average rating was 70%.
